Job Description - M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in coordinating and overseeing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure smooth site operations and project progress
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Monitor siteworks to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and construction schedules.
  • Attend site meetings and assist in identifying and resolving technical, design, and coordination issues.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and other required records in a timely manner.
  • Support project completion activities, including testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover.
  • Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager(s).

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with ability to communicate with all levels
  • Willing to work on some Saturdays
  • Possess relevant Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences
  • 2-4 years of working experience in the related field of construction/interior design is required for this position
