M&E Coordinator

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a M&E Coordinator:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Quantity Surveyor in preparing work-in-progress claims, variation orders, and project cost documentation.
• Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to identify discrepancies and facilitate timely resolution.
• Ensure M&E subcontractors receive the latest approved drawings, amendments, and technical information required for the preparation of shop drawings.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Monitor and coordinate the progress of M&E works to ensure timely completion and minimise delays impacting other construction activities.
• Coordinate structural penetration drawings, cast-in items, and M&E interface requirements with subcontractors and update the Project Engineer during technical and coordination meetings.
• Attend project coordination meetings and support the resolution of site-related technical and coordination issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all coordination activities comply with project specifications and company procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of M&E systems, construction drawings, shop drawing coordination, and site operations.
• Familiarity with coordination between structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 +AWS +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am-6pm
