M&E Coordinator (A1 Main Contractor)

Our client is an Singapore company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion new Projects, they are looking for M&E Coordinator to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in West Region – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from commencement through completion.
• Coordinate and guide project teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Monitor on-site activities, project schedules, documentation, resource planning, and coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all project submissions, approvals, and documentation are completed in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing or supervising M&E works within the construction or building industry in Singapore.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
