M&E Coordinator (Siphonic Roof rainwater management System)

AGUNER UNIVERSAL PTE LTD is looking for a motivated and responsible M&E Coordinator to support the coordination, planning, and execution of Siphonic Rainwater Drainage System (RWDP) projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure all M&E works are completed in accordance with project requirements, drawings, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of Siphonic Rainwater Drainage Systems.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM/Revit models.
• Attend project coordination and site meetings.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and main contractors.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards, workplace safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Maintain proper project documentation and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil & Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E coordination or building services.
• Experience in plumbing, sanitary, or rainwater drainage systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Siphonic Rainwater Drainage Systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
