M&E Coordinator/Senior M&E

·         Conducting SWC coordination meeting with LTA E&M team, LTA project team, N1007 and SWC’s.

·         Checking the BIM model before issuing to N1007 for CCSM, CSD/SEM, CSCSM for their preparation and submission to LTA.

·         Reviewing consultant drawing and submission to LTA and N1007 for review and approval.

·         Designing Tunnel cable brackets, Service crossover bridge, VICP and CRP for LTA’s System Wide Contractors (SWC).

·         Liaising with vendor to check and verifying the LTA design requirements and compliances.

·         Preparing E&M Niches drawing as per contract and LTA/SWC’s requirement,

·         Checking ST submission drawing, Tunnel alignment drawings, vertical alignment drawings & long section drawings for coordination with SWC’s and tunnel bracket design.

·         Designing tunnel walkaway pipe trench based on working session with LTA SWC coordinator and consultant as per their requirement.

·         Coordination with vendor for Architectural works.

·         Coordinating with clients, SWC,project team and contractors for E&M design and construction works.

·         Assisting and explaining BIM team to model the E&M related works like Plumbing, Sanitary, CSD/SEM, Airwell and submission to LTA for approval.

·         Liaising with Architect for design coordination.

·         Attending LTA’s Line wide NSC E&M meeting, Weekly design meeting and progress meeting.

·         Liaising with own structural consultant for M&E design requirement and coordination.

·         Liaising with Interfacing contractors for SWC related matters.

·         Assisting PD/SPM for urgent works and E&M related works.

·         Preparing temporary design drawing for Bus stop, Pedestrian Overhead bridge, Walkaway for LTA approval.

·         Preparing design drawings like SWC equipment delivery and future replacement drawing, CSD drawing for LTA review and approval.

·         Reviewing all LTA E&M SWC design drawing for coordination such as Tunnel ventilation system, Niches, AID camera, LUS, LBS, MVMS, PA, CCTV etc.

·         Liaising with LTA MES team for Tunnel jet fan coordination and Air Monitoring System equipment’s.

·         Attending BIM coordination meeting with N1007 & LTA for BIM CCSM and CSCSM coordination.

·         Preparing cover letter, scope of works and formal drawing submission with QAQC team for drawing submission to LTA.

·         Highlighting QS team for changes in tender drawing compare with latest issued design drawings.

·         Executing Singapore standards COP and requirements.

·         Prepare SWC coordination meeting minutes.

·         Updating SWC items inputs/status in LTA progress and design meeting.

·         Checking & review documents & drawings before submission to clients.

·         Preparing E&M Niches drawing.

·         Liaising with Architect & structural consultant for design coordination.

·         Assisting Design Manager/Project Director for urgent works and E&M related works.

·         Preparing temporary design drawing.

·         Ad-hoc works.
