M&E Engineer

- Plan, design and deliver construction management of M & E Building services for commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as upgrading of existing buildings.

- These services include sanitary & plumbing, gas, heating, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, integrated building management system, fire protection systems, electrical installation and lighting system.

- Attendance of meeting with architects, clients and sub-contractor on the progress of M&E works. To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to contract drawings and specification.

- Preparation of tender drawings and specification and the day to day management of the projects.

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
