M&E Engineer / Coordinator

Liaise with consultants, client and authorities on all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters.

Review of shop drawing / materials submitted by subcontractors.

Manage the documentation and submittals.

Review of contract documents and have clear understanding of scope of works.

Review of subcontract documents and scope of works.

To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections.

Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.

To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.

Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.

Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.

Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
