M&E Project Engineer

Company Profile
Julian Grey’s client is an established construction company providing integrated building and project delivery solutions in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor M&E activities on site and address coordination or installation-related matters.
• Guide site supervisors and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing M&E construction activities.
• Prepare method statements, progress reports and other project documentation required by consultants and project owners.
• Participate in meetings with consultants, project owners and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, M&E Coordination or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience handling M&E projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
