M&E Project Manager (Data Center Construction) CDCP/CDCS

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
• Organize and oversee construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage the overall implementation and completion of projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality
• Recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate risks identified during assessments
• Monitor the progress of projects and update management regarding any schedule variances
• Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites
• Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear and traceable designs and drawings for construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (A Master's degree is highly advantageous).
• 10+ years of DC construction / greenfield projects experience is required for the role
• Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Able to commence immediate or within a short notice period will be a plus
• Certified Data Centre Professional / Certified Data Centre Specialist will be a plus
