M&E Resident Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings,
• Shall be familiar with the respective M&E system testing and Commissioning (T&C) procedure and attend T&C and necessary follow up with the Consultant and Contractor;
• Check shop and construction drawings, samples, etc. submitted by contractors and their sub-contractors / suppliers / vendors and to report any discrepancies between these and the project drawings and specifications;
• Prepare daily and weekly reports

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
• Possess at least 8 years of relevant and practical experience on site
