Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Drive digital marketing and e-commerce growth by developing and executing strategies that align with company goals. Manage online sales platforms, optimize campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve company objectives
• Execute marketing plans by coordinating with external agencies to deliver targeted campaigns
• Monitor and apply the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize performance
• Manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Analyze ROI and KPIs regularly and prepare detailed performance reports for informed decision-making
• Prepare and oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Manage and enhance the company’s social media accounts to build community and brand loyalty
• Optimize online content using SEO techniques and Google Analytics to improve search rankings and user engagement
• Design and implement inbound marketing plans to attract and convert leads
• Manage and grow sales on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) through store optimization, targeted campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high service standards
• Plan and support company participation in exhibitions and events to increase market presence

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or E-Commerce
• Proven ability to manage and grow sales on online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations, marketplace seller tools, and campaign mechanics
• Experience using Wordpress and design tools including Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
