M&E Coordination Manager (LTA/ Punggol/ Main con)

Job Scope:

• Managing interface for design and construction of transit project and have full understanding of design approval process and TFP/TOP process

• Take charge of all coordination work of civil, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWC)s and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M

• Manage / coordination work with sub-contractor Coordination between Architecture, M&E, and SWCs

• Understands design management

• Able to review shop drawings

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services

• At least 8 years’ experience in the construction industry managing large scale and complex civil and infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of BIM/DGN/Auto CAD-will be add advantage.

• Must have post LTA project Experience.
