• Position : M&E Manager (Construction/A1 Main Con/6 Days) - Up to $9,500 + Bonus
• Location : To Be Advised (Office located at Changi)
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme.
• Work closely with clients and consultants on technical matters
• Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Conduct detailed M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
• Attend progress/site/MEP meetings
• Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure the quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
• Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
