Job Description - M&E Manager (Tender, Building Construction)

Overall responsible for tender submission for M&E works from interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
Handle tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
Support in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview.
Offer Value Engineering solution for MEP works.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 8 years of tender preparation experience in Building Construction Projects.
Good technical knowledge in M&E works.
