M&E Quantity Surveyor (QS) (West side / East Side)

Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare bills of quantities for M&E related works
• Have a good understanding of Form of Contracts and able to administer DSC and NSC subcontracts
• Able to prepare main contract monthly claims, verify subcontractors claims and prepare payment responses

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
