Mechanical Engineer (ACMV)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise and work with the consultants, clients and main contractors on the design, technical and compliance issues of ACMV systems
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure progress of ACMV work to meet the project timeline
• Supervise and ensure actual site works are in accordance to the approved drawings and specifications
• Execute site administration and workplace safety and health protocol
• Manage project cost and ensure completion of projects within budget
• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
• Keep and maintain daily work record, including documentation for variation orders for liaising with the clients and the subcontracts; and reporting to manager
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV background.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry
• Good knowledge of M&E specifications & local regulations, especially in ACMV
• Able to produce drawings with CAD and BIM software
• 5.5 days per week
