Job Summary

Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on Pre Tender cost estimation. Other duties include contract administration to support construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Take care of MEP scope in tender; namely ACMV, Fire alarm and prevention, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical
• Prepare detailed BQ and costing for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
• Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
• Liaison with other function within the company to facilitate tender submission in time.
• Apply Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting skills to produce technical drawings that meet project specifications
• Work independently with meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of combined industrial and commercial experience in MEP fields
• Knowledge of MEP and specialize in either Mechanical or Plumbing or both
• Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes
• Non Singaporeans with vast Singapore working experience are welcome to apply
• Attention to details and meticulous in work preferred
• Mature and hard working
