MEP Technical Coordinator

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or related construction engineering disciplines; PEB-recognised qualifications will be an advantage.

•  Minimum 6 years of hands-on MEP design experience in large-scale building and construction projects in Singapore.

•  Proficient in Singapore’s MEP-related codes and standards (e.g., SS530, SS 394, BCA Green Mark requirements).

Job Description

• Review and coordinate all MEP drawings to ensure full alignment with architectural and structural teams, in compliance with BCA regulations.

•  Monitor and coordinate fire stopping works for all wall and floor penetrations, in line with Singapore’s fire safety codes (e.g., SS 495).

•  Plan and organise the spatial arrangement of service shafts, vertical risers and piping routes to optimise space utilisation and building efficiency.

•  Collate and submit equipment load and foundation data to the structural team for structural verification.

• Liaise with PUB, SP Group and other relevant authorities for municipal pipeline connections and external service interfaces.
