Operation Manager

About the role:

• Reports to the Business Manager.
• Maintain and implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Management System effectively;
• Managing resource center - company resources, costing, maintenance and utilization to break-even
• Beef up productivity with effective management
• Build-up and maintain good relationship with clienteles
• Support tendering for soil investigation, CPT, geophysical survey. Monitoring services opportunities
• Successful delivery of projects according to the quality plan and procedure within budget
• Projects planning and execution of field work as required within the specified budget and allocated time within given resources
• Implementation of the highest practicable standards of Health, Safety and Environmental Performance and maintenance of the Management Systems to ensure compliance with appropriate International Standards
• Responsible for procurement requisition procedure and verify delivery orders that lead to AP
• Responsible for control of records, progress claim, get certification that lead to AR
• Follow business management system and corporate compliance procedure
• Act as role model for excellence, exceptionalism, quality, responsibility, professionalism and teamwork.

About you:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline will be an advantage
• Min. 10 years of working experience in relevant service line
• Min. 3 years of working experience in similar role
• Strong technical knowledge in soil investigation and monitoring
• Ability to think strategically and follow through on the successful implementation of plans
• Team player and strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills including verbal and written communication
• Proven negotiation skills
• Detail oriented and strong organisational skills
• Results driven and highly motivated
• Independent and able to deliver under pressured
• Candidate owned S. plate Car and driving license is a must.
• Candidate with either accredited course certificate for geologist or geotechnical instrumentation monitoring is preferred. (maintain by candidate)
