Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Resolve problems and issues arise during construction periods.
• Maintain safety standards on construction sites.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and codes.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor Qualification Needed.
• At least 10 years in construction management or a related field.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 and above license.
