Operation Officer cum Safety Coordinator

Job Description:

-      Assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operational matters.

-         Coordinating site matters and correspondence with customers.

-         Conducting site inspection and monitoring.

-         Conduct Accident / Incident investigation, filing of MOM i-Report.

-         Prepare and Revise Risk Management & assessment.

-         Assist the office on managing ISO and SWP system.

-         Any others related works appointed by the company upon require.

Requirements:

-         WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B)  - Holding the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B) along with valid WSH Coordinator Refresher Training is required to fulfil the responsibilities of this role.

-         Familiar with construction equipment such as PM hoist, Suspended Scaffolds (Gondola) and Mast Climbing Work Platform (MCWP) will be an advantageous.

-         Communication Skills - Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with workers, supervisors, and contractors across various levels is essential in this role.

-         Computer Literacy - Intermediate computer skills are expected, and experience with digital safety and incident reporting systems would be a welcome advantage.
