About the Company

Join a well-established engineering and construction company committed to operational excellence and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH). We are seeking a proactive and responsible Operation Officer cum Safety Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure compliance with WSH regulations across project sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational matters.
• Coordinate site operations and liaise with customers on project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and prepare MOM incident reports.
• Prepare, review and update Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and other WSH documentation.
• Support the maintenance of ISO management systems and safety documentation.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Liaise with site supervisors, contractors and workers on safety matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) experience in the construction industry.
• Possess a valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Valid WSH Coordinator Refresher Certificate.
• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health legislation and construction site safety practices.
• Experience with PM Hoist, Suspended Scaffold (Gondola) and Mast Climbing Work Platform (MCWP) will be an advantage.
• Able to prepare clear and accurate accident and incident investigation reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and work effectively with stakeholders.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Rest Day: Sunday
