Job Description - Operations Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project operations and site activities.
  • Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and assist with scheduling, manpower, and material planning.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and meeting records.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide administrative support to project teams.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
