Job Summary

Lead and manage lift installation projects by overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams and clients, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and deploy manpower effectively to ensure smooth lift installation project execution
• Plan and organize work schedules to meet project deadlines and milestones
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, main contractors, and site teams to align project objectives
• Supervise site supervisors and installation workers to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations (WSH requirements)
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and risks
• Prepare detailed operational reports to document project status and outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in lift installation, construction, or project operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills demonstrated through supervising teams
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills applied in project coordination and issue resolution
