Operations Manager (Service & Sales / UPS / Generators)

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, coordinate, oversee, and schedule day-to-day operations in alignment with sub-departmental structures.
• Support in attaining business objectives.
• Prepare quotations for parts sales.
• Follow up with customers to finalize orders, ensuring receipt of purchase orders prior to delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and devise strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide guidance and leadership to operational teams.
• Address service-related employee issues or grievances and uphold a high level of departmental motivation.
• Plan and coordinate logistical matters within sub-departments.
• Offer 24/7 customer support via telephone and on-site attendance.
• Foster strong customer relationships through timely client visits.
• Coordinate training sessions for clients or within the customer service team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience in service team / customer service team
• Good communication skills
