About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Research Analyst to join our growing construction company. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, managing databases, and supporting software-related functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze operational data and develop solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

* Design, maintain, and manage company databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

* Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management decision-making.

* Support and maintain software systems used for construction operations and administration.

* Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and research.

* Collaborate with project teams, management, and stakeholders to streamline workflows.

* Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend corrective actions.

* Assist in system implementation, data migration, and software upgrades.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Operations Research, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in database management, data analysis, software administration, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or equivalent).

* Experience with business software, ERP systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of data modeling, process optimization, and operational research methodologies.

* Experience with Power analytical tools.

* Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking systems.
