[PERM] Contract Manager (Construction projects)

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contract documents, including: Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Construction tenders, Professional Services Agreements, Industry-standard construction contracts such as RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver Book, and FIDIC Yellow Book
• Assist in identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
• Prepare and maintain both main contract and subcontract documentation.
• Support contract negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other counterparties.
• Participate in dispute avoidance and risk mitigation processes.
• Maintain contract tracking systems and document control processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to standardize templates, policies, procedures, and contract playbooks.
• Provide contract-related guidance and training to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
• Chartered Surveyor accreditation (e.g., RICS or AIQS) preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor and/or data center construction projects.
• 3–5years’ experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy, QS consultancy, expert witness practice, or law firm.
• Strong contract administration and negotiation skills across various contract types.
• Knowledge of claims management and the SOP Act.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
