Planning & Technical Engineer

Job responsibilities:

Planning

• Develop overall construction masterplan for a large construction project
• Apply critical path method techniques
• Maintain project baseline schedule, update project schedule periodically and analyse effects of any proposed changes / additional activities on the project
• Analyse project status and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks

Technical

• Assist to prepare tender technical proposal
• Device construction methods
• Operate drafting softwares
• Present construction methods clearly
• Work with BIM team to develop 4D simulations
• Plan for temporary works

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (ORGANIZATION)

People Development

• Abide to the importance of people development and respond to the company’s people development initiatives

Internal Operations

• Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces
• Follow and maintained standard policies and procedures
• Ensure safety regulations are complied with

Job requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant construction / planning experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 software, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and knowledge in BIM
