Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and update of project schedule based on the contract
• Plan work programme and target milestone for each phase
• Monitor critical activities and advise project timely as per the project schedule
• Prepare work programme and cash curve flow to show and study actual progress and identify areas of weakness well in advance to prepare models for recovery
• Monitor daily progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain and  update records relating to site work project to maintain the smooth flow of work
• Observe and discuss with Project Manager about current work progress to come up with suitable  and better alternatives
• Ease communication and serve as a link between client and company, proactive participation and assistance in the preparation of cash flow, work programme and histogram for tenders on overall development of the project
•  Resource planning and leveling for maximum productive outputs
•  Conduct regular meetings within the project team

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Building and Construction industry
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
