Planning Engineer - (Primavera P6)

Role Overview

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress for construction works. This role supports project execution by managing timelines, monitoring delays, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update & maintain project schedules (Master Programme)
• Monitor site progress vs planned timeline and track deviations
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports (manpower, equipment, progress)
• Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery plans
• Coordinate with construction, engineering & contract teams
• Compile and submit monthly progress reports & site records (photos/videos)
• Support Planning Manager in project planning & execution

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction (main contractor preferred)
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (must-have)
• Good analytical, problem-solving & coordination skills
• Strong stakeholder management & communication
