Planning Manager (Construction A1)

• Salary Range: $9000 to $11000 + VB

• Working hours: 8:30amto 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads Project Planning and Scheduling to ensure construction works are completed on time and in line with contractual milestones and project objectives
• Prepare tender submissions, including planning deliverables, method statements, construction work sequences, and site work planning, across multiple tenders concurrently
• Develop, monitor and control project schedules, identifying risks or delays, and provide planning support o project management using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, including the Work Breakdown Structure and critical path activities
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and perform variance analysis to identify delays and recommend recovery plans
• Coordinate planning between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan and develop construction resources such as manpower and equipment
• Prepare tender briefings, construction methodology studies, and provide schedule updates to management and clients
• Lead and guide Planning Engineers while ensuring planning standards and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent recognised by PE Board
• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in project planning and management for large-scale building projects, including construction planning and scheduling
• Experience in delay analysis and programme risk management.
• Familiar with Singapore authority requirements and project environment
