Planning Manager (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze project data to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct resource planning and risk assessment for projects.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in planning for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
