Plasterer

JKH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a skilled Plasterer to carry out plastering and surface finishing works for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The successful candidate should be experienced in applying plaster, repairing wall and ceiling surfaces, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply cement plaster, skim coat, and other finishing materials to walls and ceilings.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and repairing cracks or damaged areas.
• Mix plaster, mortar, and other construction materials according to specifications.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Carry out patching and repair works on existing plastered surfaces.
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plastering works.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of cement plastering, skim coating, and surface finishing techniques.
• Able to read construction drawings and follow project specifications.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction safety practices is an advantage.
