PRECAST PRODUCTION ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience as a production engineer in the filed of precast LTA projects.
3. Well-versed with AutoCAD
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work well in a team

JOBDESCRIPTION:
1. Planning and coordination - developing production schedules, ensuringeffective utilization of resources, and coordinating with other departmentsinvolved in tunnel construction projects.

2. Quality control - to ensure that tunnel segments meet the requiredspecifications and standards. This includes conducting inspections,implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation.

3. Production management - manage day-to-day operations of the segment productionprocess, including supervising workers, monitoring productivity, and optimizingproduction outputs for meeting project timelines.

4. Healthand safety compliance - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelinesto prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Equipment maintenance - coordinating maintenance and repairs of machinery andequipment used for segment production, in order to minimize downtime and ensuresmooth operations.

6. Budgeting and cost control - budget preparation and monitoring productioncosts.

7. Teammanagement - supervising and coordinating the work of the production team toensure the team's effectiveness.

8. Collaboration and coordination with main contractors and sub contractors -collaborate closely to ensure that segment production aligns with the overallproject timeline and requirements.

9. Resource management -managing resources, including materials, equipment, andmanpower to ensure that the necessary resources are available and properlyutilized to meet production targets.
