Procurement cum Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Procurement Executive cum Finance Executive to support the Company's procurement and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, managing purchases, processing invoices, and assisting with financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Functions

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for project operations.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to support project requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.

2. Finance Functions

• Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents.
• Prepare payment schedules and monitor outstanding payments.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting records.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and other finance-related duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance,or accounting.
• Familiar with procurement processes and basic accountingprinciples.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
