Manage and monitor purchasing/ subcontracting requisition and update PO/ contract status
Liaise with suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors and hold relevant meetings if necessary
Process and negotiate quotations, clarifications, PO, delivery and payment until completion of procurement process
Update & Submit procurement report and document
Documents filing
Handle in house supplier’s system registration
Liaise with all interface parties involved in procurement activities (project, construction, technical, quality, warehouse, account/ finance)
Company’s Procurement system maintenance
Requirements:
Required skill(s): MS Office Applications
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
This position requires a Diploma or Degree qualification, Diploma/ Degree with at least 10 year(s) of working experience in the Global EPC project and construction procurement, as well as a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
