Procurement Manager (Alt Sat)

Our client is a Singapore-based firm and specialist contractor in the interior fit-out and building construction industry. Due to business needs, they are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Region.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Support the planning and execution of procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services.
• Source quotations, evaluate pricing and commercial terms, and assist in supplier negotiations to achieve cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring their performance, product quality, and service standards.

Purchase Order & Inventory Management

• Process purchase requisitions, issue Purchase Orders, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.

Procurement Analysis & Process Optimization

• Analyze procurement data, pricing trends, and supplier performance to support cost optimization and informed decision-making.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing procurement processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Finance, Project, and Production teams to ensure procurement requirements are communicated and fulfilled efficiently.
• Support invoice reconciliation, contract administration, and other procurement-related documentation and administrative activities.

Reporting & Operational Support

• Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and management updates.

• Perform any other procurement and supply chain-related duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer or Management.
