• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm

• Working location: Lorong 7, Toa Payoh

• 50% Hunter & 50% Farmer

Job Description

• Promote company’s products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors and building materials dealers to achieve sales and profit targets

• Liaise with respective managers to gather product information, product pricing and inventory levels for the preparation of quotations

• Assist in organizing marketing activities and product demonstrations to architects, designers, developers, and contractors

• Liaise with principals and Store Supervisor on the delivery of materials to customers

• Raise purchase requisitions and generate sales order from SAP system

• Ensure timely collection of payment from customers

• Prepare product literature, samples and technical data for submission to customers

• Provide guidance to new Product Representatives

• Attend to customers’ complaints, requests and feedback

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience in building construction, architectural, technical products, or construction materials industry

• Experience dealing with construction material companies or related stakeholders is required

• Knowledge of building and construction materials

• Comfortable with outdoor sales and visiting customer sites
