Production Supervisor/12hrs Shift (inclusive 4hrs OT) /Weekly Rotation/Up $3,500 Basic @Penjuru

• Supervise and assigned shift members to maximize output and efficiency.

• Ensure the schedule is followed, including timely start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

• Supervise receiving, handling, and feeding of raw materials into the production process.

• Evaluate, manage & report on raw material consumption for inventory control/reduce scrap rates.

• Ensure all finished products adhere to quality specifications and standards.

• Ensure proper inspection and quarantine of materials that fail to meet specifications.

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain 5s environment.

• Ensure staffs utilize proper PPE and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Complete daily shift reports, documenting production totals, material usage, scrap, and downtime.

• Document and address discipline issues. Implement EHS to meet corporate ISO 14001 standards.

• At least 2 years supervisory & raw material handling experience in manufacturing environment.

• PC Literate, familiar with ISO9001, IATF 19649, 14001

• Certification in WSQ Supervise Work In Confined Space and Forklift License
