Job Description - Project Architectural Design & Site Coordinator (Construction Projects)

· Overseeall architectural works on site
· Attendmeetings with client’s representatives, consultants, and main contractor
· Providefeedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments discussedduring meetings
· Reviewproject specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
· Carryout architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, projectsupervision, and documentation
· Ensurework activities are carried out in a safe working environment
· Coordinatewith Architects, Structural and M&E staff members, and subcontractors toresolve related issues
· Prepare,interpret, and coordinate all types of drawings related to the project(construction, shop drawings, as-built, etc.)
Requirements
Experience in HDBprojects
• Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
