Job Summary

Support project execution by coordinating site activities, assisting in planning and scheduling, managing client and subcontractor communications, and handling project documentation and claims for repainting and waterproofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in site meetings to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Assist in developing project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project progress
• Manage project documentation and administration to maintain accurate records
• Support preparation and processing of progress and final claims to ensure accurate billing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building-related studies
• Experience in building-related project management
