Project coordinator

Responsibility:

- Monitor & supervise team to ensure compliance of work;

- Check the quality, workmanship, ensure all standards are being met and ensure accuracy of the items being produced before items are being delivered, installed or collected;

- Ensure relevant paperwork (Safety, PTW etc) is completed, updated and submitted

- Must be able to read Interior design drawings & detailings;

- Managing a team of subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project;

- Provide regular reports to the Management on the progress of overall works in assigned projects;

- May involve some late nights / weekends supervision at our job sites;

-Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects

-Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and Safety regulations;

-Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work;

-Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;

-Ensure the site works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
