  Position: Project Coordinator

  Job Description:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

  • Prepare and submit project documents, reports, work schedules, site records, RFAs, material submissions, method statements, and other required documentation.

  • Attend site meetings and follow up on comments, instructions, and outstanding issues.

  • Coordinate material delivery, manpower arrangement, and site access requirements.

  • Check site works and ensure they comply with approved drawings and project requirements.

  • Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating with relevant parties for timely solutions.

  • Monitor subcontractors’ work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.

  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

  Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.

  • Candidates with relevant site coordination experience will be considered.

  • Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

  • Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and safety requirements.

  • Good team player with a responsible working attitude.

  • Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage.
