Job Description

  • Coordinate daily project activities
  • Monitor project progress and schedules
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and the project team
  • Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Follow up on work progress and resolve coordination issues
  • Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements
  • Assist with site inspections and project handovers
  • Monitor material delivery and project records
  • Support the Project Manager in daily project operations

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
