Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality ofworksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with sub contractors for all projectmatters
• Communicate with clients and manage theirexpectations
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensureadherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate project closeout activities,including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projectsto clients.
• Assists in promoting good team morale and teamspirit in the project team
• Ensure all safety regulations are observed atall work sites
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Experience in site co-ordination and projectmanagement
• Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledgepreferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast paceenvironment with minimal supervision needed
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience inthe related field
•  Able to start work within short notice
