Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules to ensure timely progress
• Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings to facilitate communication
• Document key actions and decisions from meetings and follow up to ensure completion
• Prepare clear and effective presentation materials for meetings to support project discussions
• Identify and implement necessary project changes to meet deadlines and objectives
• Coordinate with the operations department to schedule timely delivery of materials
• Execute assigned project tasks to support overall project success
• Ensure all projects comply with established frameworks and maintain accurate documentation

Project CoordinatorRequirements:

· At least A level / Diploma holder and above.

· Good presentation skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

· Class 3 driving licence advantage.
