Job Description - Project Coordinator

Job summary
Responsible for implementing Structured Cabling System Presales support Prepare layout/Shop/Schematic Drawings
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Implementing Structured Cabling System (Voice/Data/Fiber Optics) • Providing presales support • Preparing layout/Shop/Schematic Drawings • Maintaining high quality/safety standards at site • Performing User Acceptance Test and Handling Over of Projects with Clients & Consultants • Preparing and maintaining proper documentation for all projects • Attending site meetings & liaising with contractors/consultants • Coordinating, managing resources, personnel & executing project works within the designated time frame
Requirements
• Min GCE "O" level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields • Good in computer software especially in Autocad, MS Visio & MS Project • Ability to multi-task • A team-player with pleasant personality and positive mindset
Key Skills Needed
• Autocad • MS Visio • MS Project
