Job Description - Project Co-ordinator cum QS

Assist to manage all site activities for all Civil and Structural works.
Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, site supervisors and staffs.
Attend site meeting
Provide site measurements and work details to QS for quotation.
Ensure all parties on site including sub-contractors and any specialist suppliers adhere and comply to WSH -Regulation & Safety Procedures.
Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to internal division.
Responsible in quantity take off, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ),tender and contracts preparation, cost activities, process progress claims, payments and preparation of final accounts.
Administer to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bids and quotations.
To manage & co-ordinate with clients to ensure strict deadlines are met & comprehensively done.
Responsible for all pre and post project contracts administration for Clients and Sub-Contractors, including not limited: preparation of interim valuations and pricing, prepare payment certificates and keep track of variations to the contract that may affect costs and profitability.
Work closely with our Operations Team to identify and evaluate progress work done, any work variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
Liaise and coordinate with Clients’ and Sub-Contractors’ Professionals, Technical and/or Site Team on site documentation, shop drawings for submission and approval.
Assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
Be responsible in maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval.
Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
