Project Coordinator (Design Dept)

Main contractor for LTA project seeking for the above position:-

(Alt Sat) work day per week

Engineer (Design Dept).

• Prefer with experience in LTA MRT project & 5-year experience in architectural coordination
• Responsible and ownership attitude
• Like to work as a team
• Skill in autocad, Microstation will be advantage

Scope Of work:

• Coordinate with interface contracts on interface for traffic and drainage diversion stages and construction activities.
• Work with SWCs to resolve coordination issues and make adjustment to the Architectural details without deviating from the original Architectural design intent
• work with the appointed Authority’s Architect to resolve the discrepancies between the latest approved versions of the Architectural, CSD/SEM and Structural Drawings, and to update all drawings accordingly, ensuring all proposed adjustments are accepted by the Architect
• Updating of design portion of weekly progress and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare and update of weekly design meeting minutes.
• Responsible for design and coordination of POB,RC,traffic,drain,external works etc.
• Coordination work with design consultant, contractors, clients & authorities
• In charge of planning (Road & Drainage diversion)
• Preparation of method statement and documents submission
• Establish & Maintenance of QA/QC procedure
• Supervison of contractor's / vendor's quality related site work
• Address site issue related to design.
• Manages timely submission & approvals from local authorities
• Manage & produce detailed design inclusive of calculations & drawings production in compliance with Eurocode/ BS code , ACI & ASCE for authority submission.
