Job responsibilities:
Task Delegation: Directing daily workflow and assigning tasks to workers, contractors, and junior team members.
Resource Management: Coordinating the delivery and requisition of materials, tools, and heavy machinery to ensure the site is fully operational.
Site Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical difficulties, delays, or logistical problems as they arise on the ground
Scheduling: Create actionable work plans, such as Gantt charts, to map out milestones and task dependencies
Progress Tracking: Continually evaluate project performance and compare progress against the original timeline and budget.
Risk Management: Identify, log, and resolve potential roadblocks or budget constraints, adapting plans as unforeseen issues arise.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central communication hub, managing expectations and conveying regular project updates to executives, clients, and team members.
Documentation: Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
